  • Is Venus Freeze customized for different body types?

    Everyone’s body is different, so your Venus Freeze specialist will work with you on the best treatment plan tailored to your needs. It may take as little as three office visits to achieve your goals. For some people, a customized treatment plan may include more than three Venus Freeze treatments. Your specialist will provide a clinical recommendation of which areas should be treated and how many treatments you will need.



  • What will happen the day I receive Venus Freeze treatment?

    The morning of your Venus Freeze treatment, do not apply lotions or makeup to the area being treated. The latest Venus Freeze technology can treat a patient in 15-30 minutes, though some patients choose to have multiple areas treated back to back. The full length of time for your appointment will vary depending on the number of areas being treated during one visit.


    During your treatment session, you will feel the applicator slowly get warmer until your skin reaches the required temperature and stays within the therapeutic temperature range. If you feel like it’s getting too hot, just let the operator know, and they will modify the settings to make it more comfortable.


    The Venus Freeze procedure is completely nonsurgical, so you can return to regular activities immediately following treatment.



  • What is recovery like after Venus Freeze treatment?

    There is absolutely no down time. Some patients even receive Venus Freeze treatment during their lunch break! You may apply makeup immediately following treatment, though the treated area may look a little red and feel warm. This will subside within two hours after your appointment.



  • How soon will I see results after Venus Freeze treatment and how long does it last?

    Each person responds differently to Venus Freeze treatment. Most patients need 6-8 treatments for optimal results. You will begin to see a noticeable difference after just three treatments, and your skin will continue to improve as treatment progresses. After the final session in your treatment plan, your results will continue to develop for up to four months. Your face and body will continue to age, so maintenance treatments are recommended once a month or every three months, depending on your individual needs.
